Swing Dancing

Yesterday me and my two brothers had our first swing dancing lesson with our aunt. I'm not exactly known for my athletic ability, so I was pretty amazed when by the end of the day I was doing spins and twirls. Mind you, i'm not a master by any stretch, but I'm happy that I made it through the day without breaking any toes or spinning into the wall. :)
When we got home, my brother immediatly started teaching my mom what he had learned. He didn't wait until he had mastered it, or leave it to the professionals, but just taught her what he knew.
And I thought, wouldn't it be cool if we did that with the Gosple? We hear it, and immediatly share it? Not wait for us to become experts, or leave it all to the pastors?
In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus says, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." And then in Acts 1:8 He says, "You will receieve power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
We are supposed to be Jesus's witnesses, sharing the Gosple and making disciples of all the nations.
"Each one should use whatever gift he has recieved to serve others, faithfuly administering God's grace in its various forms." -1Peter 4:10
God has given each one of us a different gift. And He didn't give them to us for to show off with, for our glory. But He gave them to us to adminster His grace, for His glory. :)
